An MVP for booking foreign-language conversation lessons. Students browse a schedule of speaking clubs, subscribe, and get notified before each lesson starts.
Context
WellTell.me needed a way for students to browse and book conversation lessons in a foreign language, track their schedule, and get reminded before a lesson starts - a small, focused MVP meant to get in front of real students fast.
One person, one month: design, front end, back end, payments and admin tools all had to ship together on Bubble.io, with the mobile experience treated as the default, not an afterthought.

What I owned
Full-stack build on Bubble.io end to end: technical design and interface with no external mockups, the email notification integration, the admin panel, user roles and the subscription logic.
Who else was involved
No one - a single no-code developer covering the full build.
How long it ran
One month, April to May 2023.
Process
01 · Booking built around subscriptions, not one-off purchases
Built the subscription model - a 14-day free trial into weekly, monthly, three-month and six-month tiers - plus the schedule where a student filters lessons by time, level and format and books directly.
02 · Notification triggers instead of manual reminders
Set up event triggers for booking and cancellation, automatic removal of unconfirmed reservations, and reminders to student and teacher before a lesson starts - so nobody had to send those by hand.
