Molchanovs Move
A freediving education platform: student registration, course payment, online training, exams and certification, in one system built for Molchanovs Move, an international freediving community.
Context
Molchanovs Move needed one system to carry a student from signup to certified freediver: registration, course payment, online training, exams and a digital certification card, plus tools for instructors and admins to run all of it.
The whole product ran on Bubble.io - front end, back end, payment integration, and the exam and certification logic in one place, so a change to any of them had to hold up against all the others.

What I owned
Front end and back end on Bubble.io, user flows for students, instructors and admins, payment integration for course purchases, the exam module and certification logic, and the tools connecting email communication and data management.

Process
01 · Registration, payments, and a self-service cabinet
Built the full enrollment flow: registration, course payment integration, and a member cabinet where a student or instructor sees their own membership type, status, subscription options and full payment history without contacting support.
02 · Training that tracks progress toward each course
Built the online training module and course structure - courses in progress, next steps, and challenges pulled from the training programme - so a student always knows what to do next without digging through menus.
03 · Exams, certification and an admin panel behind it
Built the exam and testing functionality and tied certification to the result: pass a level and a digital certification card, QR code included, appears in the student's own journey view alongside training stats and workout logs. Admins run courses, students and certifications from a separate panel.

The platform took a school that ran on spreadsheets and email and gave it one path: sign up, pay, train, take the exam, get certified. Instructors stopped tracking student progress by hand.
Everything was done right on time and very comfortable communication! And most importantly, Julia highlighted where you can do it faster or cheaper and what you can do without.
